NYX girls fizzy spots

Its new year's Eve! Last day of 2012 and I'm excited for a new year! I'm not a big fan of resolutions I just draw on what I've learned and try to make it better!
As I promised I'm squeezing in my new year's mani I haven't been feeling too well the last few days sprite, crackers & pediolyte is all I could take :-( but I'm going to sneak in a drink tonight!
NYX girls fizzy spots is one of those fun glitter polishes perfect for a day like today it is a blackened based jelly packed with micro and medium sized holo glitter I did layer it over a black cream. I didn't feel like 60 layers to opacity. I did use two coats. Glitter came out easily. I did cut down and re-shape my nails they're more rounded now. Just wanted a change. Well see you in 2013 :-)

Icing Love Letters + Fergie Glamorous

Happy Saturday all! I'm very late posting my Christmas mani but I am officially caught up LOL! With a new baby in the family then the holidays I've been doing some serious running around.
When I saw OPI's the man with the golden gun I was in awe! Real gold flakies. The price tag quickly changed my mind. I love nail polish but I'm not willing to pay $30 for one bottle. I know its gold but um sorry I pass!
I picked this Polish up from the icing a few weeks ago and I fell in love with this red. (Love letters) its a rich red with gold micro glitter very pretty. Then I added a coat of fergie glamorous by wet-n-wild to me this looks just as nice as the high priced gold flakies but at $3.49 a bottle much more wallet friendly. So I wore this for Christmas and got lots of compliments. Maybe I'll do something really glitzy for new years :-)

Orly Fowl Play + China Glaze Luxe & Lush

Hope everyone had a great Christmas I know I did. Probably ate way too much LOL. I've had this Polish for quite some time and now I finally decided to wear it. Orly fowl play from the birds of a feather collection is a beautiful plumish-maroon base Polish packed with blue, gold and pink flakies that just sparkles! Then I added even more flakies with China Glaze luxe & lush which was from the hunger games collection and that kicked it up a notch! I almost hated to take this off!!! Hopefully I can squeeze in my new years mani :-)

China Glaze Liquid Crystal

Good afternoon all, I'm trying to keep my promise and be more consistent with my postings. Being a new Auntie has keept me busy the last few days! But my new little niece has been such an angel!
I guess I'm in a glittery mood today I have Liquid Crystal from China Glaze's prizmatic collection. I've had these for quite a while I have four of the six colors in the collection the only other one I wore was ray-diant.
Liquid Crystal is a purple-bluish based polish packed with silver, pink, blue and purple micro glitter that's just stunning in sunlight! I don't know why I waited so long to wear these!!!

Butter London Gobsmacked

Hi all!! Busy crazy week!!! Celebrated my birthday last weekend the big 34 haha! Then my niece had her baby!!! Such an angel! I'm pooped out!!!
For my b-day mani I wore Butter London's Gobsmacked. It was the kind of dark glitter Polish I love!!!! I did layer it over a black cream but I think it can achieve opacity on its own. I'm going to try and do my best to post more often. The holidays are always so busy for me. 7 more shopping days til x-mas!!!

Revlon Flirt

Hello everybody! I've been crazy busy helping my niece plan her baby shower which is Saturday then next Saturday is my dinner party for my birthday (which isn't till the 10th) so busy busy and more busy haha!
Today I'm wearing Revlon Flirt, which is a creamy baby pink. Something simple till next week. As you know I love Revlon polishes. I haven't found one that's disappointed me yet! I used two thin coats and a coat of seche viet I probably wont post again till my b-day mani next week I might post pics from the baby shower :-)

Revlon Smoldering

Hi hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving. After two days of cooking then black Friday shopping I'm recouperating! LOL!
Smoldering is similar to another color I have, grey's anatomy by wet-n-wild. It is a grey/purple duochrome which is not as sheer as grey's anatomy. It only took two coats for full opacity. I love colors like this for the fall. I'm going to try and post more often just been crazy busy! My birthday is two weeks away so I'll have an awesome mani/pedi for that!!!!

NYX Girls Spot Light

Hello! How is everyone's holiday planning and shopping going? I'm almost done picking up my Turkey later today. Can't believe Thanksgiving is only a week away!
Today I have an awesome glitter polish to show you from NYX its called spot light and it is a glittering glittergasam of glittery goodness! LOL! It is a clear based polish packed with micro silver glitter and medium round holo-glitter. I used three coats for full coverage. This one is top coat thirsty! I needed 3 coats of rush speed dry top coat to get it smooth. But I rocked this for 6 days with no chipping!

Essie Tennis Corset

Busy busy weekend for me. Working on my niece's baby shower and planning for Thanksgiving kept me going. I did spend the day at home and decided to do my nails.
I picked this little beauty up at Tj Maxx. Tennis Corset is a sheer creamy white with heavy gold shimmer. I so love this! I'm thinking of a remix with a top coat of shine of the times. It is very sheer it took 4 coats for opacity. But the formula is great topped with some seche veit I'm in love!

Revlon Cloud

Happy Friday can you believe November is here already! I'm glad to see October go! A crazy hectic month but now my favorite holiday is only 3 weeks away! Got to plan my holiday meals and manis :-)
Today's color is from the Revlon top speed line. Cloud is a super pale lilac which at times can look blue then light gray. Its one of those year round colors that I love! Great formula as always Revlon never disappoints me on that. I used two coats. I will be reaching for this quite often.

Love & Beauty Magenta

Yes I know I haven't posted in over a week! The end of October has been a crazy-busy time for me. But I wanted to squeeze in one more pink post on the last day of the month.
Today's shade of pink is love & Beauty's Magenta. I picked this up in a haul at forever 21 they had tons of Polish marked down at $1!
Magenta is a deep berry pink color almost maroon with heavy gold shimmer. Its very pretty and fall-like. I also like the fact that it dries fast. Good formula. I used two coats. I can't wait to try the other colors.

♥OPI Pedal Faster Suzi ♥

Happy Monday I hope everyone had a great sweetest day weekend! Today's shade of pink is one that I'm absolutely over the moon about OPI pedal faster suzi from the Holland collection.
Pedal faster Suzi is a baby pink with lots of silver shimmer. I love soft colors like this. More pink to come :-)

♥ Milani Pink Flare♥

I wore this layers over another color about a month ago but I was really curious to see how this looked on its own. Keeping with the pink theme of the month I decided this would be perfect.
On its own pink flare is much lighter a baby pink base packed with silver and holographic glitter. It is some serious bling! I hope the sun comes out today so I can see it in all its glittery glory. I will be picking up more of the milani glitters.

♥Revlon Cupid ♥

Happy hump day! The weekend is almost here! I'm so ready for it. This has been yet another crazy week.
Today's shade of pink is Revlon's top speed Cupid. Cupid is a classic pink cream. As with most Revlon polishes the formula was good and leveled out at two coats. I may remix this with some glitter I'm in no hurry to take this one off! I love colored like this :-)
