I'm back! Had a very busy holiday weekend. Hope everyone enjoyed theirs as well. This is how bad my addiction to nail polish is, in Walmart to buy charcoal and what do I do? Wonder over to the nail polish and I picked up a few NYC polishes. Immediately when I saw starry silver glitter I knew it was a dead on dupe for Sally Hansen ice queen (which I already have) sure enough I go through my stash and bam!!! Same colors. Now both are similar in price SH is 1.99 and NYC is .93 at Walmart I believe target carries NYC as well. So if you can't find one, now you have an alternative :-)
